Really fantastic experience here. All the staff were lovely, breakfast the best we have had in Cape Verde and views from the room of the beach a delight. The manager was welcoming and the rooms spotlessly clean and stylish.

Das Zimmer war toll mit guter Ausstattung und schöner Sicht auf die Bucht. Was jedoch sehr schlecht und frustrierend war, ist das Frühstück. Dieses wurde so minimalistisch wie möglich gestaltet, was die Verfügbarkeit der einzelnen Gerichte und Getränke stark einschränkte. Praktisch immer war sowohl die Kaffee- und Teekanne leer und wurde auch nicht sofort aufgefüllt. Gleiches gilt für alle anderen Speisen wie Brot, Obst, etc. Teilweise sehr frustrierend am Buffet zu stehen und die wichtigsten Dinge sind leer und werden nicht aufgefüllt. Insgesamt war das Frühstück gefühlt nur auf 5-10 Personen ausgelegt, obwohl jedoch meist bis zu 20 Personen gleichzeitig da waren. Da die Unterkunft zu einer der teureren gehört, sollten solche Zustände nicht herrschen. Schliesslich zahlt man ja knapp 65€ pro Nacht und pro Person…

Super hôtel dans un super endroit. Rien a redire sur le confort, la qualité des services. Petit déjeuné excellent. Petit-déjeuner assez médiocre. Normalement ça aurait dû être un buffet mais ce n'était pas le cas. Rapport qualité-prix très décevant. Les vitres de la fenêtre de la chambre étaient très sales à l'intérieur (des traces de mains et du front des gens qui se sont appuyés pour regarder à travers).

Ja que não tem uma piscina, pelo menos deveria ter uma área reservada na praia com algumas espreguiçadeiras. Quartos são espectaculares, sala, cozinha, 2 tvs, louça, talheres. Recomendo.

Expérience désagréable malgré emplacement top

Établissement neuf mais qui déjà vieillit mal. le matériel utilisé est cheap et je n’ose même pas imaginer ce que ça vas donner dans 1 ans. commençons par le positif: la vue, la vue et la vue. son emplacement est privilégié et les pêcheurs chaque jours vous offrent un spectacle merveilleux. la baie de Tarrafal est magnifique. certains employées sont aussi très agréables et gentils et d’autres malheureusement pas top. la chambre: le plus : lit confortable, bonne wifi, logement spacieux le moins : deux fois le personnel est venu dans notre chambre alors qu’il y avait le bruit pas déranger le service de petit déjeuner: terrible. un moment stressant et un service chaotic. je n’ai jamais rien vu de tel. comme ils ne demandent pas la chambre ils sont dans l’incapacité de gérer le flux et la nourriture. Il faut toujours demander quelque chose, des verres, des fourchettes, de l’eau, du beurre et la nourriture. deux dames étaient juste exécrables et très suffisantes avec moi. et l’omelette commandée plus de 35 minutes avant n’est jamais arrivée. et l’une des dans me réponds avec un grand sourire, la cuisine est fermée. j’ai du maîtriser ma colère mais je n’ai pas pu me retenir de lui dire que son comportement est inadmissible. établissement à la direction Portugaise et j’ai eu l’occasion d’assister à des scènes entre la direction et le staff pas sympa, et où ils parlaient à leur employés digne de la période colonisatrice

Alojamiento moderno; nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas a la playa geniales. Nos dejaron unas toallas para ir a darnos un chapuzón a primera hora. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Hôtel qui a ouvert récemment (juillet 2022). Grande chambre propre . Personnel très sympa . Vu fantastique sur la plage et l océan . Ce qui manque : absence de piscine pour un hôtel de ce standing , petit déjeuner pas assez fourni et très très répétitif .
