The zoo’s location also provides incredible views across Sydney Harbour and beyond.Start your journey from Circular Quay, an experience in its own right. The shows are repeated throughout the day, all around the zoo, so you can choose what you see. One highlight is having your photo taken with some of the animals. You can also feed the giraffes, pet baby koalas, or have a hawk or owl perch on your arm. For Sydney’s most adventurous sleepover, join the zoo’s Roar & Snore programme where you get to camp in the zoo overnight in in safari tents, while enjoying a sumptuous feast and up-close encounters with some of the animals.Taronga Zoo has plenty of amenities on site, with numerous cafés dotted around the park with plenty of choice to suit both adults and children.
