Very basic. Not worth the money. This is far from 5 stars. I only stay here since hotels in Dnipro are very limited with 24/7 electricity.

Most City Premium apartments
An excellent choice if plan to visit Dnipro for any period of time. Communications with the property is prompt and clear. The apart-hotel is clean, large, well equipped and reasonably priced. The view is stunning. I would definitely stay here again.
