Arrived at 1:40 to be told room not ready (okay, check in at 2:00pm)...at 2:30 when nobody had communicated with us I enquired about room to be told about house keeping problems..I, politely replied that this wasn't my problem..when would there be a room?... I was assured they'd find out from housekeeping....15 minutes later a room. We were given a 2 for 1 drink voucher...ooh ahh. Room okay, clean. Updated bathroom...but because of modern design there is neither a door or curtain on shower... bathroom flooded every time. Would stay again, but only if nothing else available. Not value for money."

"Pleasant place to stay. The bed was great. Shower was hot. Convenient location. House keeping neglected to refill tea bags, milk & toilet tissue which was annoying. Air conditioning was great to have but noisy. In saying this, we would still be ok with staying there again."

"When I checked in, there was only one staff member available, so the process took a bit longer than expected. I had also requested two rooms as close together as possible, but they weren’t close, so we had to ask again, which was a bit inconvenient. However, another staff member assisted us well, and everything was sorted out afterwards. Overall, it was a nice, clean, and comfortable place."
