Centralized location, spacious terrace with the view of the old street and Iglesia de San Mateo Apostol. Clean room with private bathroom. It’s just like a hotel except for not having a mini fridge in the room.

A very comfortable place on a neat street with restaurants. Parking close by as is the port for taking a ferry to Morocco.

This little hotel was cute and comfortable. The receptionist Pepe was very kind and helpful!:) It’s just right next to the beautiful ancient church. Not too quiet but not too loud ether. It’s located in the old town, so for that it’s a perfect place to stay! We’ll definitely go back!🤗 (it shows 1star, but I would give 4)

Comfortable big clean room

Very big comfortable room, super clean. Had a balcony, very good condition. The only thing i can point out is that is was a little big noisy, I think there was a bar or restaurant nearby, and you could hear people talking if you leave the window open.

This is a clean and quiet hotel. This was our second stay in less than a month. This time the shower and internet worked properly. I wish there would have been someone on site for check-in.we arrived at 5:30 pm which seems reasonable for someone to be there. Parking is somewhat inconvenient. Plan on spending an extra 10-15 Euro on parking.

Great location

The hotel was in a good location with a car park less than 5 minutes walk. A number of restaurants/bakeries around it and easy walking to see the sights. The room itself was small ( standard double room) but clean and comfortable. Looked like it had been renovated fairly recently

Our room looked down on the street and was great to sit in the window and look out. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy. It was an easy walk to the port for our early ferry the next morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Overall it was a really nice cute property centrally located, very convenient in the little town of Tarifa. The shower had some issues (no shelves and the sprayer would not stay up), but overall the room was nice and comfortable and got the job done. One other note was that the desk isn't staffed regularly. If no one is there you'll need to call to check in. Ironically the phone number on the door doesn't work, but the one listed on Google does.

First the good: it is a cute hotel with nice, clean rooms. Good location in the old town of Tarifa. Unfortunately the wifi did not work properly and there was no one at the front desk to help sort it out. I would suggest in the future that they print the password rather than write it down in script. We tried every possible combination to no avail. Second, our shower did not work properly, most of the water did not come out of the spray head but ran down the hose from where it connects to the head. Lastly, the hotel amenities listed on Orbitz says that there is free parking. The parking is not free. Nearly 11 euros for overnight. If the wifi and shower could be fixed I would stay again.

No one at front desk for check in or problems

Had no hot water for 2 days, toilet wouldn't flush, had to plead with bakery staff next door to contact owner for check in and to address these problems. Finally on my last night there was someone at the front desk. Although a phone number was taped onto the front door of the hotel, there was just a recorded message in Spanish. The bakery staff had a different number to contact him. When he checked me in he insisted that check in time is 3:00 pm although on Hotels.com it states 2:00 pm

Cute place and great area. Frustrations checking in. Waited for over an hour for someone to show up, called number but it wasn’t accepting calls. WiFi was non-existent. Used all of my data up. When contacted the hotel about wifi they said they couldn’t help me.

Don't stay here

This is literally the dumbest hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby was closed at 7 p.m. I had to pay extra money using my phone to call and ask someone to let me in. It'll be 5 minutes while I stood in the street and sweated my ass off. Then, I check in and I get a room with no working air conditioning. I complained and I got some excuses and a fan. I was in th room sweating to death and I had to leave and go get some air. Then while eating dinner I call Hotels.com and complain and all of a sudden they have a room with air conditioning which they didn't have before. There's literally no one here after 10 p.m. good luck. If you're going to Morocco don't stay here.
