Extraordinario servicio y trato amable

Excelente trato desde antes de llegar al hotel, preocupados por mi llegada a la cciudad de Tarapoto para el recojo en el aeropuerto, en el hotel fui atendido por una amable señorita quien me dio informacion de la ciudad, restaurantes, costos del transporte. Luego fui atendido muy gentilmente por Jorge de manera personalizada, quien incluso me permitió permanecer en el restaurante del hotel a mi retornon de Yurimagus y mientras esperaba la hora de mi vuelo, degustando un cena deliciosa de sudado de tilapia. Realmente satisfecho con el trato amable que te hace sentir como en casa

Es un hotel moderno, las habitaciones son muy limpias y la ropa de cama igual, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el personal muy amable. El servicio de desayuno cumple, pero podría mejorar.
