"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. "Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…"
