The property was lovely it was good the heating was great only thing the bath was amazing but maybe add scented bath bombs or bath bubbles would have been awesome maybe some greenery out the back plants nice area promote the use of carport but overall we would come back and stay

Weekend break with friends

Nice comfortable house, with everything you need, easy to park outside.. Pubs and caffees very close . Excellent place for a relaxing weekend

At home in Tanunda

We enjoyed staying in the cottage. It’s spacious and clean and within walking distance to many cafes, wine bars and a brewery.

Beautiful place in a great location

We booked at the last minute to catch up with friends - what a great little place! Conveniently located on the main street, it's an older property but has lots of character and has been well looked after. The bedrooms were big enough to fit our toddler's cot alongside the bed. We'll definitely stay again if we're coming back to the Barossa.

The spa bath and the carport were very good. Also the amount of space was great. Ants near the sink when i arrived was the one down point.

Handy, cosy , recommended

Long weekend away to visit family. House/apartment is in main st of Tanunda. The two sizeable bedrooms are at the front of the house so there is a little traffic noise in the mornings , wasn’t an issue for me but if you are seeking absolute quiet tranquility then maybe not for you. Was there on a particularly cold winter weekend , the heaters (spilt systems in lounge and each bedroom) were blasting when I checked in , nice , but really didn’t need to be turned up so high ! ) A column heater was also available , this was appreciated as I used this to keep the chill at bay , overall no issue , very cosy. Bedrooms are large, beds are firm and comfortable, no issues with kitchen and bathroom facilities . Front garden screened the rooms from the street but were in need of a winter tidy up. Free off street parking at the rear. Overall would recommend as a nice base to explore the Barossa , and if you want somewhere more than a dingy motel , of which there seems to be more than a few about.

Convenient and comfortable

Ours was a very short stay to attend an event. Convenience and comfort were our main requirements that were met well. The weather was warm to hot so we enjoyed the efficient airconditioning.

Fantastic cottage style accomodation

We walked in and absolutely loved this little cottage style accomodation in the Main Street on tanunda. My friend and I were on a long weekend holiday and spent two nights here but could have easily stayed a week. The two bedrooms were big and the beds very comfortable. The living room and kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was huge. The weather was hot so we had the aircon on inside and sat out in the back court yard at night. I will definitely be back to this place. And we walked everywhere - pretty much in the middle of the Main Street but so peaceful and quiet.
