The whole stay was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and even the breakfast buffet was a notch above the standard hot buffet breakfast.

Eastgate Hotel, BW Signature Collection
They had plumbing issues, but the front desk was kind. They have no trays to bring food up if you have anybody disabled in bed but overall it’s a decent place. It wouldn’t be my first choice, but it was all right.

Room was basic but very clean — check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a service dog with me and it wasn’t an issue at all. Koi Story Cabin
Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee.
