We booked for one night just for kids to get some sleep due to bad traffic going home. We arrived midnight and show the receptionist our paid itenary, he wouldnt let us in bcoz they didnt received email from expedia. He asked us to wait 10-15minutes to check their email. I begged him to let us in because i hVe 2 small tired babies need to sleep. I even offer to pay full amount room rate (the booking was prepaid) and once the email from expedia received he can return it back to me but he refused. We ended up waiting for almost an hour! I insisted him to call his manager to let us in, he did and the manager let us in. The roon was smelly but we had no choice. Kids tired. Spent 180MYR for one ans its totally not worth it. Im not recommending this place! Avoid if possible

PERKHIDMATAN HOTEEL SAHARA DI TG MALIM AMAT TERUK

sewaktu daftar masuk, tempahan saya tiada dalam sistem walaupun sy bawa resit bayaran yg dicetak dari hotel.com. tv tiada almari tiada pintu, plush tandas rosak. apabila dipam air mngalir keseluruh bilik air, kerusi ada bulu haiwan, tuala berbulu dan sabun mandi tidak dibekalkan hanya guna sabun terpakai pelanggan terdahulu. BILIK YG SAYA MAKSUDKAN ADALAH BILIK 101

Had problems with booking. No rooms available despite confirmed booking. Had to contact expedia customer service and resolved only after almost an hour. Not a pleasant experience with both hotel and expedia.

Suits the name of the hotel.

Old aircond/didnt service the aircond. Cannot adjust the temperature of the aircond. Too hot, can't even sleep. Dirty bedsheet and blanket Mosquitoes everywhere.

Nice hotel near to the highway exit.

We are really tired doring our travel hour from Teluk Intan, Perak to Kuantan. So we stop by at Tanjung Malim and check in to this hotel. It is the nearest hotel from the Tanjung Malim toll exit. We do enjoy our resting nite at this hotel before move out in the next day to continue our journey back to Kuantan, Pahang. This is the affordable hotel that suit our budjet.

Nice for short period.

Need improve on daily housekeeping. Hotel staff should ask daily with customer on housekeeping, towel change, bed sheet, etc. Some customer stay at hotel more than 1 night.

For a sleep purposes ok

Check in request for RM30 deposits. It is family room but located at 2nd floor walk up of shopping lot premises. Considering the small kids. Spacious room. TV is only able to display TV3. The room served with a single air condition. Considering the size, I think it is underpower. Found a lizard in the closet. Hot water not working well. Parking is infront of the premise in open air space. There is mamak restaurant just outside the hotel at the back. Convenience for breakfast and dinner.

The place was noisy. They had an event with speakers blasting. No so clean all around. Plumbing poor. Air conditioning poor. Bed creaks and uneven. Walls and furniture not clean. No tissue papers in the toilet. Only three tissue papers on the dressing table. The safety lock chain was broken. Curtains were dusty, when I moved them dust fell off.

near to eateries and 7-eleven. plenty of parking.

tv was working but no channels. heater was set on 0 temperature but still hot, had to switch the heater off to get the cool shower. luckily it's just for a night stay and a full 6 hours' sleep. there's a screaming of swallows on the roof-top at dawn and dusk. very noisy screeching sound for my bedroom.

NOISY

Nothing good to say about this hotel except the rate is acceptable. Too noisy with the swiftlet (machine) calls from a nearby swiftlet bird nest operator within the block. Got a room without a window. Musty smell. Cleanliness below par. No wifi in the room. No breakfast as stated. Staff were not friendly (I guess overwork part-time students).
