"The secret to the success of the Exmore Hampton Inn is a woman by the name of Yvette who , during my last overnight day, was extremely cheerful and helpful to me.
I’m not sure what her official title is, but in my opinion, it should be general manager.

"The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. "

"Room “looked clean”, but once you’ve walked in you’re hit with a wet carpet smell that doesn’t go away. Bed and sheets didn’t have a bad smell. Shower had visible brown water stains almost like the water was not good to use. Did not use shower. Slept a couple hrs and left."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my two-nights stay at Charlotte Hotel. The property is charming and in excellent condition. The breakfast I ate in the on-site restaurant was delicious. The location is conveniently located within walking of restaurants, cafe, pub and a community theater. I would definitely stay here again."
