Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! Dans l’appartement digne d’un logement du moyen âge aucune propreté ni hygiène. Nous avons fuit l’hotel le lendemain matin car impossible de dormir une nuit de plus dans ce todi. Hotel à fuir !!!
