"Firstly, there is no Breakfast. That picture is lie and its from before covid. So don't get suckered into it like me. Secondly, the owner is not in site so unless u informed him of your exact time of arrival, you will have to wait 20-30 minutes in the scorching sun and heat for him to arrive. Then he demands cash only in local currency. I had to run around to get enough exchange to pay him. We stayed in Andalus room and only 1 room had AC. The kids didn't have an AC in their room. "The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous. Rooms were clean and I recommend having the sea view with balcony. Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. Hard to enjoy your vacation when you are stuck in traffic for an hour to drive a couple of miles."
