"The food and staff were good but my room door wouldn’t stay shut if it wasn’t locked. I don ’t know how to lock it from the outside when I leave. Luckily none of my belongings got stolen but they could have easily been. It’s a convenient location, 10 min from airport. "

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."
