Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, and initially felt disappointed by the lack of sincerity in the staff’s responses, we ultimately left with good memories thanks to the courteous and genuine assistance of Duty Manager Narida Puangrua. "A stylish spotlessly clean comfortable hotel. Great air con, large beds, lovely room facilities ( except nowhere near a mirror to plug in hairdryer, So i think a man designed the rooms ). Adequate storage, great lighting. Thoughtfull extras, ( toothbrush / razor/ small hairbrush provided). Great free mini bar ( no alcohol). Breakfast very good, fresh , Id suggest another water station at other end of dining room to save queues. "
