The staff were wonderful in general. They helped us to send our bags to Osaka as well as you can't take big bags with you to the Koyasan. Coffee was good. A bit tricky if you are vegetarian in general though at Shirahama. Your best bet is the Lawson Supermarket.

Excellent stay, it was a shame I didn’t get to stay in the ocean view room but everything else was amazing. The hot spring experience was wonderful and relaxing. One thing, although the hot spring was free, the hotel still taxed 450 every hot spring visit.
