The property is in need of an up date, the pool area needs a covered shelter, the rooms could do with new carpets and the bathrooms need renovations, the owner & staff are fantastic, the friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever meet, we had a wonderful stay, the prices like everywhere else was ridiculous because of the festival

Maybe time for a refresh?

The facilities were worn and tired & didnt feel as clean as we would like. The location was noisy and there must be nearby cattleyards. The sheets and towels were clean.

Pool and barbecue area dirty. Mattress very hard. Charged $5 for mini bar (water) when we didn't drink it . Complaint ignored. Very noisy. Wouldn't stay there again.

Although the room was relatively clean, the whole place is looking incredibly tired and run down, even the poor plants were dying due to not being watered. A light in our room was flickering and not working properly and the toilet in the bathroom kept running. Very overpriced but I guess that’s what you get for booking last minute during TCMF!

Unfortunately I was given the room above a traffic roundabout I chose to sleep initially on the bathroom floor since there was a degree of relief from the noise. Can’t really understand 3 things. Why this room is full price, why I wasn’t warned & why the room didn’t have double glazing

We were participating in the Children's Variety Bash 2025 and expedia said we could walk to Tamworth Paceway 1.1km. This was not the case and false information. Though the lovely manager dropped us off and picked us up. Customer service over and beyond. Thank you from car 4017.
