After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional

I booked this property through Expedia for Father’s Day for 6 people (3 bedrooms). After completing the reservation, it suddenly showed “6 guests in 1 room,” which was already concerning. We drove 4 hours to Tampa, and upon arrival the instructions said to contact the property to pay the balance and receive the entry code. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I got to the door, I checked the lock and it was already open. The moment I stepped inside, a horrible smell hit me. Two women were sleeping on the sofa, a dog ran out barking, and the whole place looked completely unsafe and unsanitary. The women claimed they had been living there for 3 months, which is impossible since I had just booked it. They slammed the door on me. I immediately contacted Expedia and had to leave and book a hotel in downtown Tampa last minute. This property is unsafe, mismanaged, and should not be listed. Completely unacceptable experience.
