"Loved the pool area."

"The hotel is a hidden gem within Tampa’s Downtown. The service is high quality. However, the experience was damaged by an alleged false evacuation event that happened in the middle of the night. The downside was that, although it may have been a mistake (which happens anywhere), no incentives were offered to cover the disturbance at 3 am nor any explanations were given as to why the alarm had gone off. The hotel is a beautiful and careful mix between classic and modern design. The only thing is...

"We were intrigued to stay in this courthouse-turned-

hotel. Our corner room was super roomy with high ceilings and a nice view. We were especially pleased to have a mini fridge but we were disappointed without a coffee maker. Another missing feature: porterage of baggage. That is usually a telling amenity in a high-class hotel."

"We stayed in the casitas and there were very close amenities like a pool and seafood restaurant. "

"We arrived before 3pm and there was about 30 ppl in the waiting area. They would not check in anyone prior. There is no elevator in this hotel. Rooms are clean except shower. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast has options but all prepared foods. Many restaurants within walking distance. "

"The location and proximity to the airport was great. The pool was lovely but could use some more chairs for lounging. There was a musty smell as soon as you walked in the door to the lobby. The lobby itself is odd in shape and layout. Our bathroom had paint over the tiles in the shower, which was peeling. There was no lack of hot water though. Which is always a good start. We stayed for one night."

"Great location - a few supermarkets close by and dining options within walking distance. We stayed here after a cruise, so arrived at 8.30am and when we asked if we could store our luggage, we were told that our room was actually ready for us which was a bonus. We walked to the international shopping plaza - was about 30 mins each way! Shuttle to airport easy to use, ran every 30 mins! "
