I loved the service, Mr. Gabriel who works at Las Jaras attended us with excellent service and friendly attitude! Food was delicious, water and pools were relaxing, the music and overall vibes were enjoyable. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be coming back next year :)
The place is beautiful and very quiet at night, the pools are fill with clean water every night, which is very good! I love The temazcal! The room has its own steam room and jacuzzi very awesome !
The hotel is great, very clean and very friendly workers, had breakfast lunch and dinner there and it was absolutely delicious. I arrived there Thursday afternoon and slept great and everything until the following night. The only issue I had was that on Friday night, it was not quiet at all, some people arrived at 1 am making as much noise as possible not letting me or my partner sleep, they continued to make tons of loud noises including loud music until 5 am. It wasn’t the workers, the workers are very mindful and nice. My assumption is it was a family member of the owner because that group had no regards for anyone else staying at the hotel. They even parked all the way inside where cars aren’t supposed to go in .
Wonderful steam rooms and hot tubs. Staff were wonderful, property was well kept, quiet and beautiful. Rooms were amazing, comfortable and clean. Thank you
The spa needs a lot of work, pumps not working and pools were dirty. We stayed in a room with its own steam and hot tube and it also was not working. The staff were nice and the steam room from the property was pleasant. I recommend all the staff management to notice its guests what’s functioning better paying for a spa service.
The breakfast here is excellent, although the cafe de olla is hit or miss. One day it’s think and flavorful, another it’s watery and terrible. The common areas are kept extremely clean. I’ve been coming for over 20 years, and it’s obvious that a lot of money has been invested in the upkeep and cleanliness. I recommend going during the week for a more relaxing experience.
The check in was smooth and easy.
The room with its own sauna was a dream.
But breakfast- eggs, beans and chiliquiles - was served cold. It went back to the kitchen and came back out barely heated. Unfortunate because that spoiled the experience.

The staff were nice but very slow to serve. There is no way to communicate if you are far from the WiFi.
The WiFi sucked. The key to the hot water broke. They had construction next to our room going on and would make fires so my room smelled like fire all night.

The property is lovely, unfortunately I’d booked 2 rooms and requested they be side by side, and was told I would be accommodated prior to check in; this was not the case. The rooms were not in great condition. The split A/C unit was dripping water onto the floor, the shower wasn’t consistent, and the toilet base was leaking. It could have been a more pleasant experience.

I reserved the Presidential room Friday to Sunday; Saturday we didn’t have water so no shower or restrooms I called reception several times and until 4pm the when I went to complain to management they were able to fix the water but because they put a pressure bomb we had a noisy afternoon and night;
The temperature of the water is very high so we couldn’t stay for long time; they have good photoshop for all the pictures so “false advertising for some of the areas” in the room there is no fridge and well we spend 2 nights but we will not reserve again.
