Great location with parking Two really big bedrooms, and two large bathrooms. Extremely clean, well decorated. This is what we would want for our retirement home

Place is lovely. Excellent condition. I would rate 5 stars if not for the free club DJ you have to listen to every night until 1AM due to location being right in the middle of town. So bring noise cancelling headphones if you intend to sleep, or be prepared for late night festivities if that doesn't bother you. Otherwise a great property with convenient location to town and beaches and great communication from hosts.

The condo itself is great and maybe the cleanest rental we’ve had. The location within the city is great and very convenient to lots of great restaurants and the beach. The issue is there is a bar across the street from the condo that becomes a night club at night and they play music loader than any concert you’ve been to until 1-3 am every night! The music was great but the volume is bad enough that I finally started to sleep with my AirPods in to try to cancel some of the volume. The condo is on the second floor facing the busiest intersection in Tamarindo, so just the street traffic that runs within 20-30 feet of the balcony is at times super loud, but that’s during the day so not nearly as big an issue as the night club across the street. The manager was super responsive and gave us great restaurants to visit. I would have given a 5 had it not been for the night club. Shocked that all the local home owners don’t petition to get that changed. We read about the noise issue prior to arriving and thought the person was exaggerating the sound level, but it was actually worse than they said…..
