Breakfast is great, lunch is good but not excellent. Rooms are clean, but some refreshment is needed.
This was my second time and it was just as amazing as the first time. Big, well appointed rooms. Close to beach. Spa and food reasonably priced. Loved the nightly entertainment. Best breakfast ever!
I have been to the Dead Sea several times for work and leisure and this hotel was by far the best! Every single staff member that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, very comfortable and everything was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
The rooms are very nice and big, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and the big and beautiful pool area. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful vacation.
There was only one problem, on Shabbat we had to listen to extremely loud techno music at the pool area.
All together we were happy there and are planning to come back.
The hotel looks so beautiful from outside and inside it is so clean
The pool is nice there is cold water to drink and ice which is so nice from you in this hot weather dinner was delicious and fresh room service are friendly and nice employees and also the housekeepers
The room was so clean and the view is beautiful
And they gave us our room the minute we arrived the hotel which was so kind of them because we have a baby with us

We had a lovely few days at the Enjoy Dead Sea. We were there for 3 days over the Channukah holiday, with breakfast and dinner each day. The service was generally very good, and we especially enjoyed the hot pools in the spa. Our rooms were clean and well equipped, although one of the rooms had an unreliable air-conditioner. The meals were generally very good, especially the fresh main courses (meat, fish & veggie) and salads. Just a few things were not particularly fresh nor tasty: the sushi on the Friday night, and the deserts on Friday and Saturday night. As part of our deal we had “Club” benefits – which were not particularly well explained. On Friday and Saturday we were allowed into a Club lounge, which was very nice. On the Sunday the lounge was closed, and it took us a while to find out that were allowed some food and drinks at one of the cafes (not particularly comfortable or nice). Overall a very nice hotel, great location, good food and services.

Close to the dead sea. Beautiful view from the upper room (my family) 5 - 8 clars and new, my room was on the 3rd floor, was a little bit old if you compare.
We liked our stay. There is a nice sea view from the room. Enough chairs around the pool. The meals are good. They are aware of needs of small children so its convenient to travel with kids. On friday night they had a party or activities with very loud music that could be very well geared in the rooms. A bit of a problem when you try to put a baby to sleep. The hotel itself is a bit outsated but overall we had a good vacation.
It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. To get to the sea the stairs/steep path may be tough for the elderly. It is reasonably close for others. Parking can be tough to find that is close. The dining room got a bit crowded, and not all the drinks were available. No instant decaf coffee was provided in the room.
Basically everything is first rate. Pool was excellent. But it should open at 6am not 8:30am in my opinion. Spa and indoor pool is available but I didn’t have time to use them. Synagogues are available, one near the lobby and one, one floor below if that is important. There is a solarium on the top floor but the door was locked? There is a bar and common area for performances. Food is buffet style, plentiful and pretty good. Room was clean and spotless. Only complaint the kettle was slightly antiquated. When I used it, it wouldn’t go off and I nearly burned my hand when grabbing the handle as the handle is hollow and is heated by the boiling water. One last thing maintenance is conducted around the hotel and may be visually annoying but for me not a big deal. That’s it. It’s recommended.
It was nightmare.
Very very very noisy!!!!!
Even a night event in the hotel with a singer on the microphone until almost midnight.
The SPA is small. At diner it feels more like a lousy self-service restaurant, sometimes long tables with strangers aside. Very low. In case you need to rest, and a place a bit classy, just avoid this place!!!!! The only nice thing I can write is the breakfast. I woke up early and it was quiet and breakfast was very good. All type of cheese. And before check out I had time to go to the beach and swim in dead sea. I left car in parking, it was a walking distance to the beach which is gorgeous with showers.
The staffs were friendly and nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. There were people smoking by the pool which was not pleasant otherwise good location and great med range hotel.
