Service is impeccable and the rooms are top notch, offering things like a pillow menu (which I happily used). Joshua at the concierge desk was phenomenal and suggested many local food places that were authentic and very tasty!"

"The room was clean but I find the racks in the bathroom is far too high especially for Chinese elderly who are less then 5.5ft tall. Very good cooling air-conditional even in the big lobby. I like the shower area. Big enough and has a structure to sit although the floor is very slippery. The staff are very friendly especially the security personnel that bowed and greeted each time we moved in and out of the hotel. Good location that access to the famous food street. Also nice local delicacies around the vacinity."
