"Shuttle was good reception staff were very good. Hotel is an absolute disgrace and should NOT be listed on any reputable website. Too much wring for me to mention one thing but read all the reviews and see for yourself. I had to change rooms four times just to get a half decent and clean room"

"If you enjoy emergency Govt housing vibes and a 60s toilet block asthetic then this place is for you. Lets be clear its cheap but should be cheaper. Its a dump. The locals congregate in the pokie room investing there Govt income or chain smoke outside between bets. This palace is advertised as 4 star. How it achieved or keeps this rating is a mystery to this particular victim. The shuttle service and staff were good. They can only work with what they have. Avoid."
