"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "

"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). "Very nice staff and comfortable bed however the carpet was old and worn to the point where there was hoops of carpet big enough to trip me by the bathroom door and sharp pins sticking up from under the window where it should hold down the carpet but there was not much carpet left there .. a few stains on the wall but other than that enjoyed it "

"Absolutely perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot but the main thing was the owner and her family and friends, I had an accident on my bike during the day and unbeknown to me had concussion, without question we were invited to join the owner in their area later that evening to wait for an ambulance, my friends and myself were made to feel at home even to the point of making me hot chocolate, it felt like we'd known them for years, above and beyond what they needed to do and for that they have my utmost thanks . I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Seascape again hopefully next time I'll be a bit safer out 😁 5 stars without hesitation."

"Came for a weekend away. This is our 5/6th time here. Our room was fresh and nice carpet's and well presented plus lovely shower. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. We always go 2nd floor and Seaview. Just so lovely watching the world go by from the chair at the window. We always include a trip to the Italian restaurant at the same time. Will come again. Bonus onsite carparking. "
