"The property was large, spacious, and generally clean, so overall our stay was not unpleasant. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. "Caravan was clean - the sofa cushions could do with a clean but it was overall clean. The caravan had all the basic equipment you would need for a short stay. Bin bag, washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel included. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Reception sell a pottery painting kit for £5 which the kids enjoyed doing on a rainy morning. Swimming pool was warm and pool area and changing rooms clean. Next to the caravan park is a well stocked shop with everyday items and baby essentials, plenty of things to buy to entertain the kids if rainy, lots of souvenir’s to choose from too. Arcades have a large range of machines for most ages. Excellent location, on the doorstep for the beach, we had a beautiful but windy walk down there two evenings. Caravan park was busier on the weekend but still peaceful and quiet. We used the laundry facilities, which are reasonably priced. Would love to come back again and stay longer than the 4 days we were there!"
