Good location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Limited breakfast available when we got there. Otherwise a good stay. Outside seating would be nice to enjoy the evenings.

Seems like the owners are trying hard to fix the place up. Sheets were clean and shower water was warm. Very responsive to requests for extra towels and toiletries and helping us with our door key not working.

The motel was convenient to the interstate but you didn't hear the road noise inside the room. The air conditioning unit, however, was very loud. This is definitely an older facility in a fairly run-down area, but did not feel unsafe. The sheets and towels were very thin; the room was dated but clean, and had good internet, good tv, and enough outlets to charge our devices.

Would stay again.

Our two night stay was an overall good experience. I would stay here again. There was an issue with the hot water the first night, but the staff was kind enough to switch rooms for us for the second night. Good service.

Great place to stay.

Very easy access to hotel. Very quiet (except for the Cicadas which I love) Once inside you couldn't hear any outside noise. Nice breakfast in the morning. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. We just didn't have the time. Close to Vicksburg for sight-seeing as well.

Basic rooms

A basic no frills place to stay if you are in the area. AC unit seemed to give me a slight sinus infection after two or three nights. Friendly and helpful staff though. Easy access to highway and surrounding roads. WIFI in Rm 23 was WEAK.

This is the best hotel in Delhi, however it needs some upkeep. They desperately need new towels, the ice machine would not work, but it was clean.
