This is a modern hotel with a very spacious lobby, lounge and breakfast area. There was plenty of choices at breakfast and the bar in the evening was ideal for us with reasonable prices. The hotel was central with good shopping malls nearby and easy walking to restaurants and the old town. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great location, nice room with a view, #506. Quick check in and check out with professional staff. Very modern hotel with a beautiful lobby and bar area. The room is equipped with a minibar refrigerator, a safe, a pillow menu, and the bathroom has a heated towel rack. In terms of location, the hotel is on convenient tram/bus lines that we used to go to a concert and the main bus station. We walked to the hotel from the ferry terminal upon our arrival, and walking to the old town is only a few minutes away. There’s a convenience store in a mall, directly across the street from the hotel, making it easy to buy sandwiches/snacks/beer/wine. The mall was busy and the first floor has a variety of unique restaurants.

Excellent location, great hotel but staff really need to go on a course and be taught about what customer service means, very grim lot everywhere partucularly at reception.

Small room, no iron in the room. Breakfast disorganised at busy times, lack of many items. Plates small, so had to go back and forth, including up and down stairs to extra seating. Good location.

Nice hotel. Good bed, nice rooms. The small bathroom mirror was broken, 2 of the lights were blinking uncontrollably and one of the lightswithes didn't work. The relaxation area is nice, a small pool would have been super nice.

Good location, friendly staff and the room was perfect. And a note about the room. Though our room faced the vie over the street, the same as the hotel entrance, it was completely quiet (floor 6)

Super convinient

Great hotel. The De Luxe Room was super good except the coffee table is uncomfortable low and the texts in shampoo/conditioner/body are so small that you can’t read them. Really nice breakfast. Spaceus bath tub. Great location.
