Avoid these hotel when you would like to find your hotel room again. The hotel is a maze, 5 level of rooms, stairways not direct connected, no lift, it is a real pain searching for your room with your luggage in the hands. Never again.

The location of the property is perfect. Very close to town square with plenty of wonderful restaurants close by and 24 hour convenient store on the corner. Lots of fun finding short cut tunnels through Old City Tallin and short cut stairwells through the hotel “maze”. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but good hot water although poor ventilation. Rooms were warm and toasty. Floors in hotel room were dirty and we used the bath towels to wipe down the floors ourselves. I wish they would have vacuumed or mopped before we arrived which was late at 1800.

4 floors no elevator, so not for restricted people

Hotel is a 4 floors of labyrinth. No elevators. Not friendly staff. But building is nice and in excellent location. No aircon, so rooms in upperfloors can be hot on summer. Breakfast wasn't anyhow special, fairly limited selection but edible. But in the end be happy if you got an option to travel around.

Not great

Got no sleep at all, if there is 30degrees outside, its at least 60 inside the room. No AC, and small window which didnt help at all. Hotel kinda labyrinth. Breakfast were mid, everything were finished all the time. Location were really good tho, and maybe it would be bearable to stay during winter season.

Ihastuttava ja kaunis vanhanajan hotelli. Kannattaa ottaa huomioon, ettÀ hotellissa on jyrkiÀ portaita ja korkeita kynnyksiÀ. Aamiainen sijaitsee korkeiden rappusten pÀÀssÀ. Aamiaisvalikoima ei ole kauhean laaja, mutta vatsan saa kyllÀ tÀyteen. Kahvikoneesta saa myös hyviÀ erikoiskahveja. Rauhallinen sisÀpiha josta löytyy osa huoneista. VieressÀ on baari josta saattaa vÀlillÀ kuulua ÀÀniÀ, muttei ole suurta melua ainakaan sisÀpihalla. YstÀvÀllinen asiakaspalvelu, josta tulee tervetullut olo.

Perustason hotelli, sympaattinen sisustus. KÀytÀvillÀ on viistoja kattoja ja matalia kattopalkkeja, hotellissa myös jyrkkiÀ portaikkoja eli ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle. Huono ÀÀnieristys ja narisevat lattiat. Aamupala oli kehno. Kelpasi hyvin yhdeksi yöksi ja hinta oli kohtuullinen.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Upea rakennus ja sisustus. SisĂ€pihan huone omalla sisÀÀnkĂ€ynnillĂ€ ulkotilasta oli tosi kiva. Viivyimme kolme yötĂ€, ja oli hienoa , ettĂ€ huone siivottiin pyytĂ€mĂ€ttĂ€ joka pĂ€ivĂ€. Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen ilman turhia hienouksia, mutta oikein riittĂ€vĂ€. Ainut vĂ€hĂ€n hĂ€iritsevĂ€ asia oli ohuet seinĂ€t, mutta korvatulpat kulkee aina mukana reissuissa. 😊

Right in old town and very affordable! The building itself is very charming, and the staff are very helpful if you have any issues. The cleanliness is questionable, but taking the age of the hotel and the price it’s forgivable. The breakfast buffet is kind of dismal, I would just stick to the poppyseed rolls and coffee, but maybe it depends on the day.

Baltic family vacation.

Staff was very friendly when we checked in late at night and they were all prepared for us when we arrived. In the morning the free breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Bedroom was very clean and they put us on the floor we requested. Hotel is in the heart of all the activity and tourist spots are walkable.

Hotellissa onmielenkiinto ja ihmisystÀvÀllisyys. Lapsi oppii oikeasti kÀyttÀytymistÀ, hÀnelle ensimmÀinen hotelliyö. Hotellet ligger dejlig centralt og alligevel stille. Det er gammelt og kringlet men charmerende. Men mit badevÊrelse havde en lugt af tis pÄ trods af daglig rengÞring. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig. Og folkene i receptionen udstrÄlede bestemt ikke service og imÞdekommenhed. Kun den kvinde, der var pÄ arbejde, da jeg tjekkede ud, smilede og var hjÊlpsom. Med andre ord - du fÄr, hvad du betaler for. Kan man leve med dette, sÄ er det et fint beliggende hotel til prisen.

Charmigt historiskt hotell mitt i gamla staden

JÀttecharmigt och genuint hotell i en 1400-tals byggnad som renoverats och byggts om i flera omgÄngar. MÄnga kringelkrokiga charmiga gÄngar och trappor runt hela hotellbyggnaden att vandra runt i (med flera innegÄrdar). Det Àr givetvis inget modernt hotell med dess bekvÀmligheter, men skicket och renligheten var överraskande bra. Sköna sÀngar, frÀscha sÀngklÀder, frÀscha toaletter och stÀdningen finns det absolut inget att klaga pÄ. Det enda som drar ner lite Àr en trÄkig lukt frÄn avloppen i vissa delar av byggnaden. (Troligtvis problem med avluftningen.) Vi fick dock byta rum till en som var bÀttre. Personalen var vÀnliga och vÀldigt hjÀlpsamma. Vi stannar definitivt hÀr om vi besöker Tallin igen.
