A lovely stay at this hotel. Right from the first interaction.to our final check out, all the staff we encountered were lovely. Rooms very nice, albeit just feel a little bit dated, but well equipped, comfortable, and slept well. Breakfast fabulous.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cosy. They have a sauna on site as well as a jacuzzi. Location is also unbeatable in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend!

This property is right in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town which means it is super convenient. The room I had was well maintained, very spacious and cosy. The restaurant on site was exceptional. Breakfast was great but the a la carte dinner menu was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This property was quintessential old-world luxury. Room was clean, charming and had turndown service - a treat rarely offered nowadays. The breakfast was superb as was our dinner in the restaurant. Everyone we encoutered was friendly and accommodating. And the lcoation can't be beat. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time.

This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Their attention to detail is outstanding standing. The staff goes above and beyond love and beyond they are super friendly spoke wonderful English and we're very helpful helpful in everything. The hotel is super clean it is in the heart of the Old Town and has tons of history. It is one of the top boutique hotels in the world. The Queen of England stayed here along with a long list of other dignitaries. This is a place you will never forget. If you go to Tallin you should stay here, you will not regret it!

Old-World Luxury in the Heart of Old Town Tallinn!

From first stepping into the lobby, it is impossible not to be charmed by the Schlössle's old-world elegance -- the exposed beams, the crackling fire, etc. The staff were incredibly accommodating and outgoing, and the one issue with our room (the safe wasn't functioning) was fixed within minutes. The room itself was lush and comfortable, very well-appointed, and overlooked the beautiful streets of Old Town. There were no USB ports for charging our devices, but the front desk had plenty of adapters we could use for no additional fee. Location was within the boundaries of old town, but not so central that we were awakened by folks coming out of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with many options, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good as well. Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommended!

Our three-night stay at Schlössle Hotel in Tallinn was wonderful. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and very well run. Our rooms were small but perfectly comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the whole hotel quiet and peaceful. On cool autumn days, the fireplace in the lobby made coming in from the chilly streets feel especially cozy, and breakfast was both extensive and delicious. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in our daily adventures, always ready with excellent restaurant tips and directions. We’re pleased to say we really enjoyed our visit to charming Tallinn, and we’ll definitely be back, looking forward to staying at Schlössle Hotel once again.

The staff is young and, while solicitous, could still do a better job of being responsive. The room was small - our king size bed was barely a queen - and the bathroom definitely needed a refresh. The dining room and food were top quality. The ambience was very good.
