The Mountain view rooms could use updating to the level of the Lake view rooms. The rooms themselves are dated and lack the resort feel on the Lake view rooms. Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.

Do not forget to try Café Diem. The café may not look like it in the outside but definitely feels like it inside. Their Paella is a winner as much as the manager/owner and staff. Funrucker's Lomi is also recommended. OYO Balai Sofia is a great deal.
