un séjour dans l'ensemble satisfaisant

Mon séjour qui devait se dérouler à partir du samedi 28 juin à finalement été décalé à partir du dimanche 29 juin au lundi 30 juin en raison d'un problème technique sur l'avion qui devait atterrir à Strasbourg. La chambre était correcte, mais pas de climatisation. Le petit déjeuner était varié, bien présenté.

Basic but clean, quiet and friendly. We only needed a few hours sleep as we were traveling and this suited us fine. The room had bathroom with soap and towels. The hotel is next to an amazing Pizzaria Francesca which served the best ever pizza! We wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Frechheit! Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt worden, das Bett noch vom Vormieter durcheinander gewühlt und die dreckigen Handtücher lagen im Badezimmer in der Dusche. Die Toilette war nicht abgezogen, das Licht brannte und das Fenster stand sperrangelweit offen, so wie das Zimmer vom Vormieter wohl verlassen wurde. Eine Reinigung hat in keinem Fall stattgefunden. Da wir einen späten Check In vereinbart hatten, konnten wir kein Ersatzzimmer bekommen, da die Rezeption leider nur bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt war. Es war niemand vor Ort und wir konnten die Nacht dort nicht verbringen und mussten weiter reisen. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
