"We had the standard rooms closest to the road, which were very noisy at night due to very loud and raucous music and partying at a nearby bar. Pools were wonderful, gym was fabulous, restaurants and staff also very good. Great location, would definitely stay again but request a room on the other side of resort."

Definitely family friendly great for children it’s quite isolated so it’s a lot quieter and harder to get places. Resort was beautiful but rooms definitely were rundown.

Not order a cocktail that was not in the menu. Beach club food was sub par and riddled with birds that swooped on food constantly. Prices overall for food and drinks were way too expensive compared to other hotels in the Khao Lak area.
Housekeeping looked understaffed and took until a call to reception at 5.40pm to get the room serviced. Didn’t hate the place but I’m sure I won’t be going back."
