Its just too bad we couldnt use the public bath amenities because of our tattoos, but it was nice to use the private bath in the hotel room. We did use a taxi to get around. "The room was very nice and tidy. The staff was professional. The on-site laundry facilities were very helpful for us. We were able to walk to several things, including the train station, car rentals, convenience stores, and Okazaki Castle. Our only complaint was that the room was a bit cramped for a family of four with luggage. "

"What I didn't like. A receptionist woman was not friendly. Staffs at Buffet looked tired and they didn't smile. There was nearly no table service. I used a humidifier in a room. Then, my room started to smell terrible. What I liked about Bath facilities was excellent. They added a stone sauna. The basket to carry was useful. The yukata set was convenient. Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years ago. . "
