A little remote but you get total tranquility

This resort is about 30min drive from wither Ohara or Uehara port. Suggest you to rent a car to get to the resort and also explore the island, there are only 4 buses a day and very few taxi. The resort is quite well maintained with good Japanese style breakfast. They also offer Japanese set dinner, in case you dont want to drive 30 minutes for your evening meal. The pool is nice and there is a private beach right besides, though a bit rocky. Staff there doesn't speak much English but they try their best to help you. Free parking is offered, also free transfer to/from Ohara port (need reservation). Its nice for couple to stay and just enjoy the quietness of the surroundings and the bright starry sky at night. Just note that there is no shop or restaurant around within walking distance.

自駕者享受安靜住宿的好地方

位於西表島北部區域，距離兩個主要港口各30分鐘的車程，附近沒有任何店家或餐廳，若無交通工具出入較不方便，但也因為這樣更是一個適合純度假，看海、發呆的好地方。 獨棟式寬敞的住宿加上開闊的落地窗跟戶外座椅區，保有最佳的看海視野跟個人隱私。內部裝設不如新但維護的還不錯，室內清潔度還可以。在這住了四晚訂了包含早晚餐的住宿方案，早餐菜色沒改變，不過每晚的主菜都有變化、食物美味擺盤用心，食物的份量剛好，酒水飲料需單點退房時再一併結算費用。 雖然服務人員的英文溝通略有困難，但不論是櫃檯人員或是餐廳的服務人員都盡力的協助，給予我這個不懂日語的外國人很多的幫助、讓人感到友善且溫暖。我覺得這裡最棒的是清晨推開窗戶就可欣賞日出從海面升起，坐在戶外區的座椅看著湛藍的海洋、聽著蟲鳴鳥叫更是ㄧ大樂事。若再來西表島仍會將此地列為住宿優先選擇。

掃除が行き届いてないのが残念

チェックイン時の説明が不親切でしたが、他に対応してくださった男性は丁寧でした。施設も場所も悪くないのに、掃除が行き届いてないのが非常に残念でした。大自然の中にいるので虫が沢山いることは悪いことではありません。しかし、死骸がそのまま放置されて時間が経っている箇所が何ヵ所もあるのはいかがなものでしょうか。改善されることを望みます。

Price/Value ratio bad

Room very small, JPY 22,400 for 2 with b.f is very overpriced. Without a car you are stuck, b.f only served until 8:00 AM. Dinner only available upon reservation until 7:00 PM and costs JPY 4,000 per person which makes your stay very expensive, if you have no rental car to go out and you have to order meals at the hotel. Pool is small but nice but beach is full of litter and as a pebble beach not very attractive for a swim. If you want to have it very quiet, it's great as there is nothing around you for at least 2 km either way.

During the off season the restaurants are pretty far so a rental car is a must. Otherwise you need to make an reservation for dinner the day before. Shuttle service to the port is convenient. Staff is friendly.

港からの送迎をお願いしていましたが、手違いがあったみたいで、忘れられていました。涙 すぐに迎えには来ていただけめしたが、謝罪の言葉がなく、少し残念でした。 周りは何もありませんでしたが、ゆっくり過ごすことができて、よかったです！部屋の目の前のプールは気持ち良くて何度も入りました！夜は椅子に座って星を眺めていました★ ごはんもとても美味しくて、沖縄の食材がいろいろと使われていました！ お天気にも恵まれたので、楽しい思い出になりました☀︎

2泊3日で泊めさせていただきました。 初日に部屋を間違えられ、夜に部屋を代わってくれと言われた時には、正直失敗したと思いました。クレームを言って2日目をキャンセルさせてもらうかと悩みましたが、残念ながら朝食と夕食が美味しすぎて、そのまま居座りました。異常なほど飯がうまい。悔しい

Will not recommend to friend

We booked 2 rooms. The smaller room has its sewer flushing every 10 minutes at night without any person using it. The night chef was working above and you could hear the sound of foot step above. Food was the best here. Staff is quite helpful. The beach here is dirty esp during high tide. Very remote, very far from town. We paid more than 100k Yen which is the same as an Intercontinental Hotel in Ishigaki.

新婚旅行で立ち寄りましたが非常に対応が良くエコビレッジの敷地内で過ごしていて快適かつ良い時間が持てました。 場所的には上原と大原の両港に挟まれアクセスの良い大原、アクティビティの上原の真ん中にありバスを利用しての滞在の場合少々癖があります。 アクティビティの予約の際などに宿の話をしておくと話が早いかもしれません。 また、レンタカーがない場合は港からの定期送迎があるので、事前に連絡をしておくと良いと思います。
