"We enjoyed our stay with this property. Only 3-4 mins walk to the Metro, then you can get around easily from there. There are also plenty of restaurants near the property, Family Mart is only 3 mins walk, and quiet neighborhood. Only 5 min train ride to Osaka Castle. Host is very quick to respond to questions before trip. Great value for our money. Recommend this property for families and will definitely book it again for future stay in Osaka."

"Location was great, only steps away from Dotonbori and the market. Staff was great, quick to help and guide us. The rooms were a bit small for us which made it a bit of a challenge with luggage. Their lounge was a good place to unwind and have a little something before bed. We had breakfast there once; it was good but I feel it was a bit overpriced. Their laundry room was awesome and super helpful for those on extended stays."

APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"The APA Namba was in an excellent location. So many things within walking distance and easy to hop on trains via Namba station access close by. The rooms were very small but very clean. Appreciated all the information about facilities and surrounding area that was available in your room via TV and apps. Our biggest complaint was that the coffee provided in the room was terrible and there is a lack of transparency about their pool facility. They have a rooftop pool but it's only open for July and August (we booked 5 nights there and the pool was only open the last one); whereas when booking on the website it states the pool is open August to August; which sort of implies year round. Additionally, you have to pay to use the pool and they charge an hourly rate that equals about 12 USD. A disappointment for our kids. I think that information needs to be very clear up front when booking. The soaking pool amenities, on the other hand, were very nice and included in the cost of the stay. I would probably still recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay, just know before you go."

"Huge, generic business hotel. Small rooms, which is to be expected in a Japanese business hotel. Check-in and check-out is done with machines, so little to no contact with hotel staff. Convenience store and public baths on fourth floor, which is convenient. Fine for a brief stay near central Osaka and the train stations."
