It was 33° outside and air con wasn't on, and after a lot of debating they turned it on for about 30 mins. The outdoor pools and children's area where disgusting, pool half full and full of algae. "The room was fine. Had a major hassle with the front desk. I booked and paid through hotels.com. The front desk demanded a 1500 rmb deposit - much more than I paid for the actual room online. I paid with a local Chinese bank card. I assumed it was just an expensive deposit. Then she said I would have to pay for the room again and would get any remaining deposit.
