A lovely cute stay in Tain

We had a lovely stay at this guest house. Clean and cozy twin bed room with all the things needed for our short stay. Easy check-in and best of all was the breakfast with fresh fruit and good coffee and a very attentive host who made sure we weren’t missing anything. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

What a wonderful stay with The Guesthouse The staff was helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and friendly Rooms were well cared for, staff willing to provide extra towels, toiletries when needed and we had everything we needed and more for an 11 day stay Kim kept us laughing and was good at suggesting food, travel and sightseeing tips! Lovely welcoming and very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended. No dinner on site but the host recommended a restaurant 6 miles down the road - one of the best meals we have had for years. Great breakfast. All in all we would definitely stay again when in the area.

This property was ideal for our one night stay on our way up to the Orkneys. Jacki was discreet, but communicated well and the room was clean, well maintained and all the necessary amenities were provided. Breakfast was a well balanced & good selection, catering for varied needs. We would certainly come again to visit.
