"We very much enjoyed our stay at Fare Arihau Vairoo. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and took care of us as though we were family. "Centrally located at the intersection of two major roads, it's across from the cruise ship & ferry port and within minutes of the marketplaces. Staff was overly helpful with electrical appliance connections. Mathilda at the Front Desk went WAY beyond normal expectations when our scheduled taxi to the airport broke down."

"This Hotel was very cute and such a great idea for an eco friendly place! Small with its quirks (bunk bed style a bit difficult to climb, auto water buttons that you push in shared baths every min or so while showering, and no give in a late checkout) but such great staff, helpfulness on letting us hang out before our midnight flight! Luggage stow and getting to take that shower before the flight was a bonus! Cafe food was great and top floor bar sunset view was amazing! Count on spending for taxi to/from.. And just a bit expensive, but we found that to be true in these islands. Great local food trucks were available for dinner near by! I only give it 4 stars due to shared bathroom floor cleanliness as the women’s, unfortunately, had feces smeared for quite some time :("
