"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

"I recently stayed at Dusit D2 Davao and found it to be a pleasant experience. The hotel offers easy parking and is conveniently located, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. However, the dining staff could benefit from being more attentive to guests, particularly when it comes to food and water refills. Overall, it’s a solid option with room for improvement in service."
