I’m not sure what her position is but she looked like she was running that entire dining room. I was watching her and it was almost like a ballet of service as she was positively commanding the room via her team and the guests. Bravo!!! "

"Cynthea, the person who checked me in, is very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and in good condition when I checked in. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside."
