"The location was fantastic and the outside area is truly beautiful, though the grass could use a bit more attention and landscaping. However, the room itself is in need of a major upgrade, particularly the bathroom, which felt quite dated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway. I think it's a fairly new property and may still be dealing with growing pains. It's a small property but that's ok. It's right on a pretty beach with clean water. That's also a plus. The big problem is how isolated it is. There are other small hotels nearby but nothing in the way of things to do or other places to eat. Even the 7-11 is several km away. If you don't have your own car, I don't recommend this place! The restaurant was very disappointing. The they had 3 different versions of the menu and none of them was right! The chicken my partner had was like rubber and was not good at all. There are many better options unless you HAVE to stay in that area."

"I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. "

"Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong. To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people. Additionally, there were no towels in one of the rooms and no blankets in the other. We had to go down several times in the span of 2 hours to get these items from them. In the final attempt to get towels and blankets for the corresponding rooms, reception had told us the “housekeeping has confirmed that all rooms are complete” I have photos of both rooms with none of these items! To add insult to injury, none of the tvs had functioning channels in any of the rooms. Although it was just a one night stay for us it was not the end of the world. However, I would not recommend booking an extended stay with them if this is how they treat their guests."
