"The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property has a beautiful aesthetic and was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my experience even better. The gym was amazing, and the pool and surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. I also really enjoyed my room—it was comfortable, stylish, and a great place to relax. Y pidíamos entrar a partir de las 24h30' 2 h. espera...:Recurrimos a un policía de la vecindad, quien , muy amable, llamó por teléfono y tras una larga espera, apareció el encargado. NO se les había comunicado nuestra llegada. Tiene que ser un error por parte de Hoteles España,com, dedujimos... Comprobaron que Sí teníamos nuestra reserva, pagada ya, para 3 noches.
