"Hotel needs a renovation. Aircon is functioning well but there was a slight noise when the aircon is ON. But hotel is accessible to public places and is pretty decent. You should improve on breakfast. 2 days and food is a bit too salty. No bidet in the toilet. Shower head is probably clogged a bit so water flow is a bit restricted. "

"From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...

"Fabulous pool, close to Ayala and SM Malls, great free breakfast, accommodation was good, beds good, away from the busy city in a very quiet spot, no road noise, good security, hotel manager was really nice as were front desk staff and the price was good using Hotels.com. "
