"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

"I booked this hotel in advance because I was truly looking forward to a relaxing vacation after a 19-hour flight. Sadly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing.
