"The entire Hotel Staff were true professionals. I stayed for three weeks and do not have one negative thing to say about them. Big shout out to "Joey" and her staff at "Imo". They spoiled me during my three week stayed. I did not feel like a guest, I felt like a family member. Wally the Manager has assembled a great team.... from the Front Desk Staff who laughed at my jokes to the ladies who made my daily smoothies. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick."

The entire staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist. Every time I returned, the security guard would kindly open the door. When I asked for attraction recommendations and help booking local tours, the staff were proactive and patient. A particular highlight was their assistance with phone calls, as I didn't have a local Philippine number. The location is excellent, just a short distance from SM City. Furthermore, the room layout and bathroom matched the online photos perfectly, which I really appreciated. "
