There seem to be people living at the motel long term. They set up tables in the parking lot and cook out there and stay up to 1 AM or later with kids running around making noise.

Check in was courtesy, refrigerator was clean, microwave clean, carpet was dirty, large stains on chair, burn holes in bed linens, towels clean, tv had “weak signal” only static.

No sunshine at the the Sunshine hotel

The room was filthy, dirty walls n floors, boogers on the walls, dust everywhere. There were european guests that cooked in the parking lot, played cards in the parking lot till late at night. They left it a mess till morning then had thier children clean it up. They were rude when i tried to converse with them, they dumped out an ashtray i used that was sitting on the air conditioning unit and threw it in front of my door. It was a sad, horrible experience. It was the only available room at the time but ill stay in a tent the next time, rather than have to pay for that.

On arrival I was told there was no more rooms, and was told to go to a different building with only smoking rooms available. The area was very sketchy with people standing around drinking/drugging and smoking outside and inside the building

The walls is falling apart. Sometimes water luke warm. Carpet is getting stain some walls needs wash. Refringe not cold. Microwave don-t work. Tv is dim. Spiderwibes.

There were bugs and ants in our room. Washroom door is cracked there is writing on the Washroom door making it look dirty. I had to buy bug and Ant spray to kill the bugs and ants. TV didn't have internet when we turned the TV on.

bathroom looked nicely renovated until we looked actually in it, the shower was black, the toilet was dirty. There were red stains on the floor. The room smelt like someone had smoked there for years even though it was a non-smoking room. Sheets were marked / stained. Every surface in the room was dirty and needed to be wiped down by us.

i tried to rent a motel room in Fife Washington from Florida for my brother. The Proprietor said he could not take payment over the phone. He said I had to book online. He was not specific as to which service. I booked with expedia. Still tthe proprietor would not rent the room without the card being present to charge even after I filed the card with expedia. At first he said that he did not have anything from expedia. Then he said he had the reservation but needed the card. He left the premises in his car without renting the room to my brother.

Hands down the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Host was very nice and helpful. However, the room smelled like they just sprayed a ton of glade all over. It had a dirty hand print on the door, holes in the walls and door. The office chairs look like they came from a dumpster, full of dirt and something I would not sit in. There we light bulbs missing and some didn’t even work. And the smell was so bad in the room, it was almost unbearable. The shower had zero water pressure and almost didn’t even work. It was just a lite waterfall of water that came out. There we stains and rips on the bed sheets and there were a ton of buttons missing from the phone in the room. So, overall I would not ever stay there again or recommend anyone to for the sake of hygiene, cleanliness and the smell.

Horrible place with bed bugs infestation. I left immediately but after tons of bites. And owner did not want to give refund. I never thought a place could be this bad and still in business. Absolutely disgusting

This place was absolutely disgusting! By far the worst motel I have ever seen. Stains and holes in the sheets, stains all over the floors and walls. Very sketchy people all around, trash and cigarette butts everywhere. So gross and unsafe. DO NOT stay here.

The room was very nice but couldnt even get clean towels during a 5 day stay and then was denied my cash deposit back. Not because of anything i did wrong in the room, but because the night clerk didnt write it on my receipt and it was a different person when i checked out
