"This place is a hidden Gym! We enjoyed our 2 days stay. It was in the perfect location - close by downtown and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and overlooking the pool. We had a comfortable stay and plan on booking again next time we are in the area."

"The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool is clean and heated at night. The WiFi works good. There is a lot of shopping center walking distance around the area and also food places to eat too. "

"The room is old, like staying at someone’s old apartment. No shampoo is available for guests. you have to request a blow dryer and an alarm clock if you need them. "

"Over all it was good. I had trouble walking the halls that sloped down and we were put in the last room. They saw I walked with a cane. The parking was convenient though. I like Hyatt Place, but it would have been more enjoyable if we got a room closer to the front. Breakfast was excellent!"

"Staff were very welcoming and great location for quiet rest and relaxation after going downtown. Courtyard is gorgeous and pool is great for kids, saw a lot of families having fun. The room was very well kept and clean except the bathroom toilet roll handle but that's just one minor inconvenience compared to how nice the rest of our stay was. Would 100% book again next time in SB!"
