"The staff at this hotel, from front desk, breakfast room, and housekeeping, are a breath of fresh air. Top notch! Shout out to Kendall at the front desk for going above and beyond. The level of customer service at this location is hard to find these days. While the hotel itself is somewhat dated, everything was clean and comfortable. I’d totally recommend to anyone traveling in the South St. Paul area!"

"Started out with a ten minute wait to check in. There was no parking in the front. Traveling as a solo lady had to park in the back wich was dark and there was not a near door. The closest door had me carrying my luggage up stairs. Im a 60 year old lady. The place was not your usual nice homey country Inn and suites it was showing it's ware. The toilet struggled to flush. The carpetting stained and dirty. The shower was handicapped with a shower seat that had obviously not been cleaned. No shelf in shower to put soap or anything. There were no towels stocked in the bathroom. When I called the front desk the person who answered said oh ok but didnt even offer any be brought up.( which would have been too late anyhow."
