"Good layover stay"

"The hotel is spectacular from the moment you arrive. You will feel like you are privileged to be there as every small detail is taken care of between the food, the staff, and the facilities. Nothing is less than five star throughout."

"Nice hotel, good conference location"

"This is a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the tourist bustle of the coast. The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff were all extremely helpful & friendly. Situated just outside Teide National Park, it is an ideal base for exploring."

"Really excellent hotel away from the beaches and bustle. "

"Lovely one night stay. Owners very friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay away from the crowds this would be an ideal choice."

"Beautiful, rustic hotel close to the centre of town. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were well looked after by the friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic too!"

"Location was good, could do with a deep clean, under the beds etc, and a bit of TLC in the courtyard"

"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"Hotel was spotless and all of the staff were friendly "

"Fab hotel. Would definitely stay again. Food was great and healthy and fresh, staff were lovely and so helpful, and it was so clean. "

"The hotel was splended with beautiful tropical garden where the we had open buffet breakfast which was great with variety , there was heated pools and SPA , we had junior suite which was great with beautiful sea view , the staff was very helpful and friendly,"

"The kitchen was clean and well equipped "

"We had a lovely room with beautiful view on the ocean, everything was great apart from breakfast could have have been better but apart from that I’d stay there again!"

"Really nice stay."

"It is a classy old fashioned hotel with a nice open air lobby area and plenty of plants to match the natural beauty of Icod. It has real character and is worth visiting"

"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up."

"Lovely hotel, that’s very clean tidy and fairly modern. Staff are absolutely brilliant and very friendly would highly recommend."

"This is a wonderful relaxing hotel , loved it "

"Very friendly staff, who were very attentive to keeping the hostel clean. The breakfast was very good with homemade breads and cakes. "
